Our life is many things but boring is not one of them. Deric and I work, go to school and spend as much time as we can with our two amazing kids. In our spare time we are always busy working on projects around the house, spending time with friends/family or generally doing anything we can around town to keep things fun/interesting.

I am the creator and writer of this crazy site. Growing up as an army brat I am a weird mix of several different life styles. I was born in California, spent a large amount of my childhood in a small town in Kansas and then moved to Big D. I prefer Wine over Beer, Jeans over Skirts and late nights over sleep. I actually am one of those weirdoes’s that really enjoy working but not as much as I enjoy time with my family.

Deric and I had our first date on October 1st 2005 in which we planned our wedding. Six months later we moved in together and a year later we were engaged. I finally got to call him my husband on our two year anniversary (October 1st 2007). He cooks like Alton Brown, is smart like Albert Einstein, funnier then Daniel Tosh and is better looking than any actor or model I can think of. Sorry ladies he is taken and I fully intend to keep him by my side till the very end.
Taylor
Our sweet Princess was born 8lbs 13oz on December 31st 2008 at 10:02pm. She is the queen of the house and she knows it. She loves animals, Dora and anything with chocolate on it. In any given day she can be both the loudest and quietest kid in the world.
Bruce
Our Little Man, born 8lbs 11 oz on July 21st 2011 at 4:33 pm. He is just like his daddy in almost every way possible; sweet, funny and a total joy to be around. He is hitting all his major milestones well before he should which is just proof that they grow up way to fast!
